Project notables:

Construction is anticipated to be completed in 2026.

Completion of Architectural & Engineering plans by November 2025 required for application & issuance of the Building Permit in December 2025.

Zoning approval has been issued allowing proposed new building project to proceed.

Another engineering document has been requested related to water flow allowing the changes needed to the land for the facility.    

Some of the outstanding qualities this facility will have:

New facility will fulfill need to provide comfort and support for those readying for passing, etc.
